WeatherMVP may include features that use weather data, location-based services, camera access, notifications, and other mobile device functionality.

WeatherMVP provides weather-related information and convenience tools only. The app is not a substitute for professional judgment, official weather alerts, emergency services, school policies, league rules, venue rules, or decisions made by coaches, parents, guardians, event organizers, or public safety officials.

Users are responsible for making their own safety decisions. Always follow official guidance from trusted weather authorities, emergency agencies, schools, leagues, and local officials.

WeatherMVP is intended for use by parents, guardians, coaches, families, and other users who are old enough to consent to these Terms.

Users under the age of 13, or the minimum digital consent age in their jurisdiction, may not use WeatherMVP without permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

If you are a parent, guardian, coach, or adult user allowing a minor to use WeatherMVP, you are responsible for that minor's use of the app.

WeatherMVP may be marketed to and used by parents, coaches, families, athletes, teams, schools, clubs, and community organizations.

If you use WeatherMVP on behalf of a team, school, club, organization, or family group, you represent that you have the right and authority to do so. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with any applicable rules, policies, permissions, or consent requirements.

WeatherMVP may request access to your device's GPS or location services to provide location-based weather information, alerts, forecasts, or other app features.

Location access may include approximate or precise location, depending on your device settings and the permissions you grant.

You may disable location access at any time through your device settings. Some WeatherMVP features may not work properly without location access.

WeatherMVP does not guarantee that location-based information will always be accurate, available, timely, or complete.

WeatherMVP may request access to your device camera for app features that require taking photos, scanning, uploading images, or submitting visual information.

Camera access is only used when needed for app functionality and only after you grant permission through your device.

You may disable camera access at any time through your device settings. Certain features may not be available if camera access is disabled.

If WeatherMVP allows you to upload, capture, or submit photos, images, text, notes, location information, or other content, you are responsible for that content.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, invasive of privacy, or that violates the rights of another person.

You should not submit photos or personal information of minors unless you have proper permission from a parent or legal guardian.

WeatherMVP may send push notifications, alerts, reminders, or updates related to weather, app activity, safety awareness, or other relevant features.

You may manage or disable notifications through your device settings.

WeatherMVP does not guarantee that notifications will be delivered, accurate, or timely. You should not rely solely on app notifications for emergency or severe weather decisions.

Depending on how you use WeatherMVP, we may collect certain information, including:

• Basic account or contact information, if you create an account or contact us
• Device information, such as device type, operating system, and app usage data
• Location information, if you grant location access
• Camera, photo, or media content, if you choose to use those features

If you download WeatherMVP through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another app marketplace, your use may also be subject to that platform's terms, policies, and rules.

These Terms apply between you and WeatherMVP, but app marketplace providers may have additional requirements.

WeatherMVP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, secure, or available at all times. Weather data, location services, camera features, notifications, and other app functions may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeatherMVP and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to weather decisions, event cancellations, missed alerts, inaccurate location data, technical failures, or reliance on app information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may update the "Last Updated" date above.

Your continued use of WeatherMVP after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to WeatherMVP if we believe a user has violated these Terms, misused the app, created risk for others, or violated applicable law.
