Under 13: WeatherMVP accounts are not available to users under 13 years of age. During onboarding, users are required to confirm they are 13 or older. Users who indicate they are under 13 are shown a block screen and cannot proceed to create an account.

Ages 13–17: Users under 18 must confirm they have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use WeatherMVP. By agreeing to our Terms during onboarding, users under 18 represent that they have received this permission.

18 and older: No parental consent required.

We do not knowingly collect:

• Full name or date of birth
• Home address or precise location history
• Phone number
• Social security number or financial information
• Photos or videos
• Personal identifiers from children under 13

The following features are not available to users who indicate they are under 13:

• Account creation
• Stadium Chatter (UGC chat feature)
• Friends and social features
• Check-in and venue discovery features
• Card and rewards system

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has created a WeatherMVP account without your knowledge, contact us immediately at support@weathermvp.app.

Please include:

• The child's WeatherMVP account email address
• A statement that you are the parent or legal guardian
• A request to delete the account and associated data

We will investigate and delete the account and all associated personal data promptly, typically within 5 business days.

A parent or legal guardian may create and use a WeatherMVP account on behalf of a child. The account must be registered to the parent or guardian's email address. The parent or guardian is responsible for supervising all app usage including Stadium Chatter participation.

Parents and guardians may request deletion of any data associated with a minor's account at any time, even after the minor has turned 13. Contact support@weathermvp.app to request deletion. See our Account Deletion page for details.
