Age Requirement

WeatherMVP is not available to users under 13. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Stadium Chatter and social features are not available to under-13 users.

One Account Per Person

Each user may maintain one account. Creating duplicate or fake accounts is not permitted.

Be Respectful

Treat other users the way you'd want to be treated on the field. Disagreements happen — keep it civil.

No Harassment or Bullying

Do not target, intimidate, threaten, or repeatedly attack other users. This includes targeted mockery, coordinated pile-ons, and sustained abuse.

No Hate Speech

Content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or other protected characteristics is not allowed.

No Threats

Threats of violence, harm, or illegal action against any person or group are prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement.

No Sharing Private Information

Do not share other people's private information (home addresses, phone numbers, real names without consent, etc.) in Stadium Chatter or other public areas of the app.

No Precise Location Stalking

Do not use check-in data, Stadium Chatter, or any WeatherMVP feature to track, monitor, or stalk other users.

No Sexual Content

WeatherMVP is a sports utility for families. Sexual content of any kind — explicit, implied, or involving minors — is strictly prohibited.

No Impersonation

Do not impersonate other users, athletes, coaches, organizations, or public figures. Do not create accounts or content that falsely represents who you are.

No False Emergency Reports

Do not create or spread false weather emergencies, false venue alerts, or false field condition reports. This endangers safety and misleads families.

No Spam

Repeated identical or near-identical messages, promotional links, and coordinated message flooding are not allowed.

No Illegal Activity

Do not use WeatherMVP to facilitate, promote, or conduct illegal activities including but not limited to gambling, drug distribution, harassment campaigns, or violations of sports league rules.

No Dangerous Instructions

Do not post instructions or encouragement for self-harm, dangerous stunts, hazardous activities, or harm to others.

Accurate Venues Only

Create venues only for real locations. Do not create fake, duplicate, or misleading venue entries.

Honest Check-Ins

Check in only when you are actually at or near the venue. Do not abuse check-ins to game card rewards or leaderboard stats.

Venue Claims

If you claim a venue, you represent that you have authority to do so (e.g. athletic director, facility manager). False claims will be reversed.
