WeatherMVP is an informational weather and event planning application for outdoor sports, recreational activities, and event scheduling. WeatherMVP provides weather forecasts, event risk assessments, venue check-ins, community features, and related tools to help users plan around weather conditions.

Weather Safety Disclaimer: Weather forecasts provided by WeatherMVP are derived from NOAA/NWS data and are for informational purposes only. They are NOT guarantees of safety or accuracy. Always follow official weather alerts, venue rules, league rules, coach instructions, and emergency services guidance. Do not rely solely on WeatherMVP for life-or-death decisions. For emergency weather situations, contact emergency services immediately.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use WeatherMVP.
• If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.

• Keep your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• One account per person. Do not create duplicate or fake accounts.
• Do not share accounts with others.
• Notify us immediately if your account is compromised.

You may not use WeatherMVP to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, bully, or harm other users
• Post hate speech or discriminatory content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute spam or automated messages
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform
• Create false emergency weather reports
• Abuse venue check-ins, card rewards, or leaderboard systems

Stadium Chatter is a venue-contextual chat feature available to users who have physically checked into a venue. By posting content in Stadium Chatter or any other UGC area:

• You agree to our Community Guidelines
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content within WeatherMVP
• You are solely responsible for content you post
• We may remove content that violates these Terms at our discretion
• Sessions are time-limited and venue-scoped

• You may create venue records for real locations you are associated with or have visited.
• Do not create fake, duplicate, or misleading venue entries.
• Check-ins should reflect genuine presence at or near a venue.
• Venue claims represent that you have authority over the venue.

Cards and rewards in WeatherMVP are digital collectibles with no monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash or goods. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove card definitions at any time. Cards earned are tied to your account and may not be portable if you delete your account.

WeatherMVP may display advertisements. On iOS, we comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency requirements. See our Ads & Tracking Privacy page for details. Ads will not cover safety-critical weather alerts.

Weather data in WeatherMVP is for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for official weather services, venue management decisions, league or coach guidance, or emergency services instructions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIAL SNOWBALL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGE, OR HARM ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON WEATHERMVP WEATHER INFORMATION, EVENT RISK ASSESSMENTS, OR ANY OTHER APP CONTENT.

WeatherMVP is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of forecasts, or completeness of venue data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion, with or without prior notice for serious violations. You may delete your own account at any time from Settings or by emailing support@weathermvp.app.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the Effective Date. Continued use ofWeatherMVP after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of incorporation of Social Snowball LLC, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
